After a string of wins, we’re looking for an extra set of
hands to work alongside our Digital Director, Account Director and wider team to help
deliver industry-leading websites for our clients.
Whether you’re a junior-mid level looking to grow or a senior who can hit the ground running,

As a Digital Account Manager at Simple, you will:
- Confidently prioritise, multitask and manage multiple website projects —large and small—
simultaneously
- Have exceptional communication skills (both written and oral), and the ability to
quickly build strong relationships with anyone
- Be responsible for gathering comprehensive business requirements (including through
briefing workshops and discovery sessions) and translating them into meaningful,
succinct briefs
- Work with internal teams to define project scopes, and to prepare and persuasively
present commercial proposals to clients
- Be involved with digital projects at all stages through the studio, including strategic
and creative client presentations, testing, launch and beyond
- Do your part to proactively push work through the studio, ensuring that client timelines
and expectations are communicated and met
- Be able to manage sticky conversations and situations, whilst understanding when to
escalate a concern with a client or project
- Work directly alongside Simple’s digital leadership team to learn, apply and
continuously seek to improve the studio’s digital processes
