As a Craft CMS Specialist at Simple, you will play a key role within an experienced digital team at one of Adelaide’s leading full service agencies. We're looking for someone passionate about Craft CMS, with a deep understanding of versions 3 through 5, alongside strong PHP skills and experience in developing custom plugins.

Requirements
- Highly experienced with Craft CMS and plugin development
- Highly experienced in performing Craft CMS updates and version upgrades
- Experience with database management systems, especially MySQL and RDS/Aurora
- Experience with PHP frameworks
- Experience with devops / automation (CI/CD)
- Experience with Git version control
- Knowledge of server configuration, including AWS or other cloud services, as it relates to hosting Craft CMS
- Excellent knowledge of software development practices
- Ability to provide technical design, development, implementation, and maintenance of complex applications and solutions to meet business and customer needs
- The ability to collaborate closely with digital, creative and client service teams and other internal stakeholders
- The ability to manage project timelines, client expectations and project delivery
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects, including planning, estimating and resource allocation
- A positive attitude, coupled with strong time management, problem solving and teamwork skills
Highly Desirable
- Ability to translate technical concepts to plain language
- Knowledge of using JIRA to plan and manage projects
- Experience with Tailwind CSS
- Experience with Node.js
- Understanding of Web Content Accessibility Guidelines
